Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

Having clarity makes it easier to make important decisions in my life.

I maintain order in both my home and office to support clutter-free living and thinking.

My home is neat and tidy. I avoid becoming obsessed with cleanliness but place importance on having a general sense of order. It is easier to find things that I am looking for when I ensure some sequence in how I store things.

When my children ask me for something, I know where to find it. Being able to facilitate them quickly adds to my peace of mind. Plus, I place value on being responsive to my kids. I am able to do that when I commit to having an ordered household.

The same clutter-free living transfers to my workspace. I am able to produce quick results because I keep my files and resources in order.

When I am preparing for a meeting, I like to have a clear desk. It allows me to focus on what is in front of me instead of being distracted by other responsibilities. I am more productive when I put first things first.

The answers that I am looking for are apparent when my space is not clouded by clutter. I am able to concentrate on my thoughts and achieve clarity.

Today, my focus is clear because my space is clear. I am more successful in my ventures when I ensure neatness in my home and office.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How do I prevent my office from becoming messy during a busy time?
2. How do I maintain a clutter-free home?
