Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
There are many lessons to be learned in life. Each one builds me into a stronger person.
When I face challenges, I learn to live with humility.
Difficult times force me to value the importance of a simple existence. When I commit to a simple life, I avoid disappointment when I have less than others do. I am able to enjoy my life by focusing on important values instead of material possessions.
Challenges also teach me to count on others around me. They remind me that I am stronger when I have the support of people who love me.
When I think I have all the answers, I often lose my ability to make sound decisions. It is important for me to rely on the input of others. Shared perspectives result in powerful solutions that alter the course of a situation.
On days when I feel overwhelmed with doubt, I become introspective. I remind myself that I am human and that it is okay to lack some of the answers I am looking for.
But I avoid feeling defeated because I know it is okay to feel challenged by a circumstance. I know that I am still a strong person although I might be missing the answer to an issue I am facing.
Today, humility keeps me grounded in the face of difficult times. It is enlightening to acknowledge my imperfections while maintaining a sense of confidence in my abilities. I know that it is important to learn the lesson instead of having all the answers.
