Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

I feel vibrant and alive.

I devote my time to the things that matter to me. It is easier to put forth effort when I care about what I am doing.

I do many things to maintain my energy level.

I take care of my health. I give my body and mind adequate time for rest and recovery. I eat nutritious foods. I work out on a regular basis.

I seek inspiration. I surround myself with strong role models and effective allies. I read books and watch news stories about people like me who overcome difficult circumstances.

I weed out distractions. I eliminate the habits that sap my energy. I stop making judgments and excuses. I look on the bright side and encourage myself to use my talents and skills.

I pour my heart into my work. I choose a career that challenges me to keep growing and learning. I find fulfillment in knowing that I am using my abilities to help others.

I fill my free time with meaningful activities. I work on hobbies and play sports. I travel and attend cultural events.

I show my family and friends how much they mean to me. I cheer my children on when they are playing soccer or studying algebra. I pitch in when a friend has an illness or a family emergency.

Today, I cultivate a high-energy personality. I greet each new opportunity with curiosity and enthusiasm. Being dynamic brings me more happiness and success. I am raring to go.
