Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

I am willing to act and face my fears.

I refuse to allow my fears to control my behavior. I know that the purpose of fear is to keep me safe. The vast majority of my fears are misguided. Fear only serves to keep me small and prevents me from reaching my ultimate potential.

When I let fear dictate my actions, I fail to grow.

When I feel fear, I ask myself if I am actually in danger. If I am not, then I choose to move forward.

My ability to overcome my fears ultimately determines my level of success. I become more courageous and capable each time I move beyond my fears.

When fear strikes, I remind myself that I am safe and that the fun is only beginning! I enjoy testing myself. I develop myself in the best way possible when I can look fear in the face and act anyway.

I have eliminated many fears from my life, and I continue to do so. Each fear conquered makes me more capable of defeating the next one.

I can overcome any fear I face. I become more determined and focused when I feel fear. I force myself to relax and smile. Fear is putty in my hands.

Today, I face my biggest fears directly. I am bigger than my fears and I am overcoming them.
