Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
I dedicate myself to learning and growing.
I challenge myself to keep aiming higher.
I set ambitious goals. Working towards meaningful objectives enhances the quality of my life and gives me a sense of fulfillment. I create clear targets that inspire me without overwhelming me.
I take worthwhile risks. I focus on what I have to gain. Taking chances makes my life more interesting. I become happier and more successful.
I embrace change. I welcome new experiences and possibilities. I move beyond my comfort zone. I am willing to work hard for the things that are important to me.
I build my confidence. I examine assumptions and beliefs that may be holding me back. When I talk to myself, I choose words that energize and reassure me. I take satisfaction in looking at what I have achieved so far, and look for ways to add to my track record.
I persevere through obstacles. When I run into setbacks and delays, I remember my purpose. I find alternative ways to reach my destination. I reach out for support and ask for help if I need it.
I pick up new habits that strengthen my body and mind. I work out at the gym or go for a run in the morning. I turn off the television and read more books.
I volunteer for demanding projects at work and present my boss with proposals for how I can take on more responsibility.
Today, I strive to accomplish more. I am inspired and invigorated by the challenges I set for myself.
