Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. I anticipate challenges. I notice shifts in my relationships and career instead of trying to deny them. I gather resources and develop options. I prepare myself to take action before a situation becomes urgent.

I try unfamiliar things. I expand my network and experiment with different approaches to daily tasks. I audition at a local theater or take a different route to work.

I look for ways to grow. Change gives me a chance to excel. I stretch my skills and acquire greater knowledge.

I adapt quickly. I concentrate on what I can do now instead of harboring regrets.

I learn from others who have made similar transitions. I ask for feedback and assistance.

I welcome new opportunities. Change opens doors for me. If I am willing to do the work, I can rebuild and start over. I can make a dramatic transformation or refine my current course.

I face my doubts. I acknowledge my discomfort while focusing on what I have to gain. I proceed at my own pace, even if that means taking baby steps.
