Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. All things work out for my good in the long run.

Although the situation may seem untenable, I avoid becoming too concerned if there is nothing I can do to change it right now. I exercise patience and await a change in circumstance.

Faith keeps me in a positive state of mind. It gives me inner strength to work through my difficulties.

When I am making plans for future goals, I avoid uncertainty by maintaining a positive outlook. I choose to believe that experiences that are meant for me are destined to happen at the opportune time.

Instead of expecting them according to my schedule, I make myself ready to receive them whenever they come.

I go through life with a sense of gratitude even before I receive something to be grateful for. Having a healthy mind and body is enough for me to celebrate life as it is now. This mindset allows me to focus on what is in front of me instead of worrying about the unknown.

There are enough blessings in my life to prove to me that faith works. When I look at my personal and professional accomplishments, I smile at how blessed I am.

Today, my faith is strengthened through positive experiences. There is little space in my life for worry because it produces only negative outcomes. I am focused on living with gratitude and patiently waiting for my next blessing to arrive.
