Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
How wonderful it is to be able to rise above anything that disturbs my peace.
When anxiety strikes, I rely on my faith to bring me back to my present reality. I carry around the belief that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
This unshakeable belief calms me and restores my inner peace.
I believe that there are answers to whatever issues I am facing. Although they are sometimes difficult to see, I maintain my composure. My faith in positive outcomes gives me the mental clarity to seek and find what I am looking for.
Comparing my successes to those of my friends is counterproductive. I celebrate their wins and maintain confidence that mine are on the way.
My life is a unique journey with its own paths to success. It is exciting to figure out a way forward that is different from everyone else’s. Seeing things come to fruition strengthens my faith and keeps me emotionally positive.
My faith prevents me from feeling hopeless about illness. I know that carrying negative energy worsens physical challenges. I am my own medicine.
Healing comes from believing that it is already happening. It is the self-assurance that brings victory even when it is hard to see.
Today, faith is my refuge when the answers I seek are unavailable. I walk around with the calming reassurance that my life experiences are meant to build me up.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. When is my faith most beneficial to me?
2. How do I show others that I believe in them?
3. What are some of the situations that cause anxiety for me?
