Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. I regularly take action to strengthen and develop my mind.
As a result, I am smarter each day than the day before. New thoughts and ideas enter my mind. I create new plans and strategies. My knowledge base grows.
I keep my mind busy and active.
I train my brain with exercises. I read, learn, and study. I try new things. I switch up my routines to do something different each day.
I keep my attention on the present moment.
I avoid dwelling on the past. I push away negative thoughts that slow my progress. I eliminate regret from my mind. I look forward to the future with joy instead of fear. My mind anticipates beauty and love ahead of me.
I practice mindfulness. I pay attention to my body, thoughts, actions. The environment around me reminds me to be mindful as I experience the world with all my senses.
My mindfulness builds new connections in my brain. The neural networks in my brain expand and grow. They trigger positive changes. I am grateful for the way the brain works.
My mind’s evolution brings me closer to others. As I learn about other cultures or those whose lives are vastly different from my own, my compassion for others grows. I understand their struggles.
Today, I give my mind the chance to evolve. It is important for my brain to change and grow. My evolving mind expands my world.
