Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

Regardless of the season, I commit time each day to being outside.

When I look up at the clear, blue sky, I smile in awe of its magnificence. Its ability to appear the same and create the same impact each day is admirable. I appreciate having that example to emulate in my daily life.

Feeling the frigid temperature of winter air reminds me how blessed I am. It shows me that the roof over my head is more than many others have.

I appreciate being able to afford a home and keep my family warm. It is important to me to open the doors to the less fortunate, so their days are spent in a warm and loving environment. I love being able to ease whatever burdens they bear.

Watching rabbits hop around in the fields reminds me to live a carefree life.

Having freedom is a blessing that I avoid taking for granted. I compare myself to the rabbits and acknowledge that we share the same reality. I am thankful to be able to go wherever I feel inclined without an issue.

Watching the trees sway in the summer breeze brings me a sense of gratitude. The strong trees keep me from succumbing to the blistering heat.

Today, there are many blessings that I give thanks for. I look to nature to remind me of those blessings and to teach me what is truly important. I am happy to be free to enjoy the simple things in life.
