Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

There are examples of greatness all around me and I seek them out each day.

Successful colleagues fuel me to fearlessly go after my dreams. Their lives are examples of endless effort leading to victory.

I place great value in the mentorship of my employer. Self-made people prove to me that anything I place on my heart is achievable.

When I listen to true stories of sacrifice and long hours of toil, I realize that inner strength is the way to success. Keeping my focus on what I am pursuing makes a tough journey a little more bearable.

My colleagues prove to me that confidence brings out hidden abilities. When I believe in myself, I start to see the attributes that drive success into my life.

Although I sometimes lack the answers today, I avoid allowing that to prevent my progress. I take the time to find the answer because I know it exists. That is the formula used by the great inventors of the world. I emulate their example each day.

Seeing others move away from their comfort zone in pursuit of goals is inspiring. It shows me that achieving greatness sometimes requires making myself uncomfortable.

Today, I know that the way to true success is through sacrifice and self-confidence. My life is now an example of both of those things because together they produce a proven formula for winning at life.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. Who are some of my most inspirational colleagues?
2. How much of what I experience is used to guide future action?
3. How do I know when I am on the verge of success?
