Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
As I watch the sunrise, I notice the awakening of the natural environment.
The beauty of nature inspires me to rise and shine even when I feel sad or uneasy.
Watching flowers open up to the rising sun is a reminder of the blessing of a new day. They teach me how to open my mind and face the possibilities in front of me.
I am also encouraged by the birds of the air. Each morning, their songs sound as enthusiastic as the day before because they are excited for a new day.
The morning display of nature teaches me that life is filled with second chances. Instead of giving up when I face an obstacle, I try a new approach. Sometimes those second shots are all it takes to achieve greatness.
The greenery of the grass and trees reminds me to consider my influences. I know that I am a product of what I surround myself with.
Just as the grass flourishes after being soaked by the rain, so it is with my vibrancy. I am enhanced when I surround myself with positive people. My influence comes from those with unwavering morals and a sense of consistency in their lives.
Today, I am happy to learn lessons from the natural environment. I am inspired when I observe the ease with which nature carries on along its course. I find that few lessons are more impactful than this one.
