Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

The results I desire come quickly and with ease.

I am able to accomplish anything when I commit my time and energy. I am willing to do the work necessary to see great results, but results come to me easily. Just setting an intention and making a true commitment is sufficient to begin seeing results.

Great things happen when I am decisive and consistent.

I know the value of being clear about what I want. Changing my mind or feeling wishy-washy about a goal is a recipe for disaster. It is easy for me to find and maintain clarity in my life.

Once I settle on a goal, I stick with it.

I appreciate all the results I achieve, even the small results. Those small results gather steam and become bigger results. Once the results start coming, they keep coming.

Each step forward bolsters my commitment and enthusiasm. Momentum is a powerful thing. Just a small result brings many positive changes.

I am able to stay the course even during those rare times when results are coming slowly. I know how to work hard and am comfortable applying myself. Fortunately, the results I desire come quickly and with ease.

Today, I keep the results I desire clear in my mind. I focus on what I want to achieve. I allow great results to come to me quickly and easily.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What would I like to achieve over the next year?
  2. Do I feel comfortable when I imagine achieving these things? If not, why?
  3. Could I be satisfied with achieving a goal without putting in a lot of work? If not, why?
