Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
I am naturally a conscientious person.
I believe that each activity that I participate in deserves meaningful attention.
I receive recognition and commendation from my employer when I apply myself at work. Although my attention to detail is a natural attribute, I still appreciate being recognized for the quality of work that I deliver.
My customers deserve the highest quality service possible. I take the time to listen to their concerns and do everything in my power to resolve them.
I believe that there is always a solution to any challenge. It is important to me to take the time to find it. I feel accomplished when my focus and attention produce the desired outcome.
Planning my work activities thoroughly is important. It gives me a sense of pride to produce high-quality work.
I work in a way to remove any doubt about the quality of my work. I like it when my work inspires the confidence of others in me. New opportunities appear more frequently when I perform at a high level consistently.
Although the desired outcome is oftentimes unseen, I avoid worrying about it. When I exercise faith and trust my instincts, I know that the results are bound to be positive.
Today, diligence defines me, both personally and professionally. Each venture worth taking on is worth doing well. I hold my head high because I give my all to everything I do.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. How am I able to sharpen my diligence when I feel like giving up?
2. How much attention to detail is required for planning personal activities?
3. How do I ensure diligence when working out?
