Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.
When I operate with my attention on moving forward, I am more likely to achieve success.
I avoid getting bogged down by the chaos of planning and preparing for future projects. I keep my mind free of frustration by focusing on the end result. Tunnel vision has its place in these scenarios.
Instead of getting involved in many ventures at once, I work towards one at a time. This approach allows me to commit my undivided attention and energy.
Any project worth getting involved in is worth being carried out thoroughly. My resources are used most effectively when I channel them in one direction. I am less tired along the journey to launching ventures because I avoid spreading myself too thin.
My past ventures provide valuable experience for future ones, but I avoid dwelling on them. I take the lesson that they provide and move on.
I sometimes doubt my ability to drive a successful project because of the outcome of past ones. But that doubt is short-lived because I know that each project is different from the next. I sharpen my skills and keep moving forward.
Today, with my head high and eyes sharply focused, I walk bravely into new ventures. I keep my mind on the goal and use the expectation of achievement to fuel my daily walk towards it. My abilities and confidence drive my action.
