Each day, we provide a series of daily affirmations and reflections designed to help you get that ShineBuzz feeling. We suggest that you read through the affirmations (aloud if possible, in your head if not) and meditate on them for a few moments. You can also choose one or two that speak to you and carry them with you throughout the day. When you’re finished, take a few moments to answer the reflection questions at the bottom in your journal or add them into your meditation, whichever works best for you. Here are today’s affirmations and reflections.

Wisdom is the foundation of my decision-making.

I appreciate those around me who teach me life lessons. I am guided by their experience and genuine interest in my well-being. Following their example means exercising good judgment in my decisions.

There are some influential business people whose successes inspire me to start my own business. I closely follow the steps they take to start a business.

Patience is a trait that my professional role models share. It teaches that long-lived accomplishment is possible only when I am willing to wait. My time for hitting certain targets is destined to come. I patiently wait for its arrival.

I acknowledge that taking measured risks is wise. Playing it safe limits my ability to achieve greatness. I am willing to take risks that are well-thought-out.

Making a big career move is a gamble because I am going into the unknown. But when I think of the potential growth from the opportunity, I am convinced to take the step. When I am able to quantify the benefits, it is easy to take the risk.

I avoid allowing heightened emotions to come into play when making important decisions. Having a stable mind and a soul at ease makes decisions sincere.

Any external factors that interrupt my thought process are hindrances to wise decision-making. I take my time with decisions until I am in a neutral mindset.

Today, I recognize that wise thoughts lead to wise actions. I am fulfilled by the decisions I make after carefully thinking through them. It is a blessing to have the consciousness to make a wise decision.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. Who do I spend the most time learning from?
  2. How regularly do I apply learned life lessons to my decisions?
  3. How often am I required to make hasty decisions on the job?
