Yellow is the color associated with this chakra, and the best foods to eat to keep it open are corn, bananas, lemon, pineapple, and brown rice.

The Heart Chakra – This one is in the heart region and it rules compassion, joy, and love. Any problems with this are signs that this chakra is out of balance and blocked. The colors pink and green are associated with it, and foods such as kiwis, leafy greens, green apples, green tea, avocado, lime, zucchini, cucumber, and mint are good for helping to keep this chakra open.

The Throat Chakra – This chakra is located right in the neck area and it rules your ability to express yourself, think clearly, and to speak the truth.
