“We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all of the power we need inside ourselves already.” ~J.K. Rowling

Are you looking to make improvements in your life? Have you considered using the law of attraction to your advantage, but it doesn’t seem to be working for you, or you don’t feel like you know how to “do it the right way?”

If so, stick with me as I share some of the most powerful law of attraction exercises around. These are proven exercises I’ve used myself that actually work!

Law of Attraction Exercises: Begin with Intentional Vibration Management

A few years ago, I created a term called “Intentional Vibration Management.” This is a practice that is similar to mindfulness, but it requires that you are constantly paying attention to your thoughts and emotions so that you can choose to intentionally form your experiences and perceptions. Due to my own experience in practicing this process, I shared it with my audience as a healthy way to take back control of their emotions, minds, experiences and lives, as demonstrated in this video.

The truth is that most people don’t really understand how to manage their vibrations – or they don’t believe it matters. Well, today, I’m going to share some of the best law of attraction exercises you can use to do exactly that. If you haven’t already guessed, it begins with the Law of Attraction.

What is the Law of Attraction?

If you have heard of the movie, The Secret, you have heard of the Law of Attraction.  At its most basic level, the Law of Attraction states that everything is created by thought and that thought attracts to itself physical things, people, situations and circumstances. Your thoughts are attracting these things in this very moment. So, we attract whatever we choose to give our attention to – whether wanted or unwanted.

Most of the time, we attract by ‘default’ rather than by deliberate choice. We just sort of go through our day, focusing on problems that need to be solved or on things that did not feel good nor seem right. In so doing, we are actually creating more problems, more of what does not feel good and more of what does not seem right.

So, to put it simply: your thoughts create your life. If you think negative thoughts, you draw negative occurrences into your life and if you think positive thoughts, you will only magnetize positive happenings into your life.

Law of Attraction Exercises: The Basics of How to Use the LOA

Clearly, the law of attraction goes a bit deeper. Life is full of circumstances both good and bad. There are always going to be occurrences in life that we would rather not go experience. However, the law of attraction dictates that you have the power to increase the positive and minimize the negative.

The law of attraction dictates that every thought you have creates your life to show up as how you think of it. There are several steps to the law of attraction and how it works. It always begins with a thought and ends with a result.

1. Your Thoughts Create Your Life

You may not always have the ability to control life’s circumstances; however, you always have the ability to control your own thoughts. When preparing to use the law of attraction, it is beneficial to get into a meditative relaxed state of mind. Then after you have cleared your mind and find yourself in a peaceful place mentally, you can go on to the next step.

2. Focus on What You Want

In order to properly utilize the law of attraction, you need to be clear on what you want. It is said that the universe is the ultimate responder, what you ask for is what you will receive and what you think, you will create. It is imperative that you are focused and clear about your intention. If you do not know what it is that you want, then the universe cannot deliver your desire to you.

3. Set Your Intention

Once you are in a relaxed state of mind, have focus, and clear on your intended outcome, then send your intention out to the universe. In order to set your intention, you must feel the experience in your mind and it must occur in the present tense. See yourself in that position, with that person, in that scenario. Feel the excitement or the joy or whatever emotions you can conjure up; put yourself in the moment of fulfillment but in your now.

4. Be Thankful for the Intended Outcome

Walk around confidently knowing that your intention is on its way. Be thankful beforehand for the intended outcome and even go as far as being excited that you cannot wait to receive what you have asked for.

Before you know it, the more you practice, feel, and believe, the more joy you will bring into your life and the lives of others.

Bottom line: the Law of Attraction is always working, whether you’re consciously using it or not. Good news, though – you do have some control here. There are techniques that you can use in order to make the Law of Attraction work for you so that you can get what you want out of life.

Law of Attraction Exercises: Meditate With Creative Visualization

First and foremost, if you are interested in utilizing the Law of Attraction to its fullest potential, make sure that you begin each day with meditation. Meditation is important as it brings your focus toward what you desire and what you expect for that day. Creative Visualization is a powerful tool in creating the feelings behind the desire. It is not enough to just meditate on something you wish to attract into your life.

Visualizing brings it to life.

Creative Visualization takes it one step further by incorporating the feelings you are feeling as you see yourself :

  • Receive the reward
  • Get the friendships and relationships you want
  • Increase your financial status

As you embrace the feelings of joy and happiness, you will see that more joy and happiness will enter your life. Creating visualization makes this happen by using your emotions as triggers.

Law of Attraction Exercises: The Art of Being Grateful

Being grateful means truly understanding how much we already do have without asking for any more. When you are in a state of gratitude, so many more things to be grateful for come our way. Take a look around you, there is so much to be grateful for, but you need to stand up and take notice. When you start to understand the simple blessing such as butterflies or flowers that envelope your life, you will feel more joy.

Once you feel more joy, you will manifest more joyful events in your life.

Law of Attraction Exercises: Put It on Paper

If you really want to get the most out of the Law of Attraction, then you must consciously control your own thoughts on a daily basis. Sometimes you must control your thoughts on a moment-by-moment basis. If you find yourself going into negative or self-sabotaging thoughts, you need to take responsibility in several ways.

  • Think positively
  • Concentrate on all that you are grateful for
  • Give yourself positive affirmations

By creating your thoughts to show up as you wish, you create your life to show up as you wish, as well.
