What is for dinner? Sometimes that is hard to figure out. It all boils down to what you plan to add to your grocery shopping list. There are some ideas. Type 1 – The Reformer – You want to eat something that is nutritious and easy to make. A grilled chicken dish with a baked potato with some greens is what you are in the mood for. It all has to be cooked well and portioned out perfectly. And it is important to cook them well, especially the chicken.
Type 2 – The Helper – Comfort food. It is all about comfort and love. Spaghetti with lots and lots of cheese, or lasagna, or casserole will do. Shepherds pie is another delicious option. Yum.
Type 3 – The Achiever – It has to be healthy in order to support that perfect figure. High in protein and low in carbs. Going keto is what this type would likely do. This means grilled poultry, beef, or pork, with plenty of greens, as well as some avocado mixed in there.
Type 4 – The Enthusiast – It must be something unique and intriguing. Perhaps a pizza with grilled chicken with goat cheese, or sushi, even an Elvis burger!
Type 5 – The Observer – Being fed is all that matters and who cares about anything different about it. Mac and cheese are just fine.
Type 6 – The Loyal Cynic – It has to be something familiar and trustworthy. If it is chicken, for example, it must be well before the expiration date and it has to be cooked super well. Non-perishables will not go bad so those are ideas, but what about the preservatives? That is another issue altogether. Anything that is safe, organic, and familiar is what is for dinner.
Type 7 – The Enthusiast – Anything that is cultural and interesting. One night it will be an Indian dish, another night for dinner it will be a Korean dish, and another night will be French. Anything but North American.
Type 8 – The Challenger – Spicy wings, and a 30 oz steak with fried potatoes!
Type 9 – The Peacemaker – Similar to Type 2, as long as it is easy to make.
