Albert Einstein once said, “Everything in life is vibration,” and he wasn’t kidding. In fact, every thought, emotion and feeling you experience is a vibration. And getting your vibes in order with your desires is, on a high level, what you need to do in order to manifest the life and experiences that you want.
How do I know if I’m vibrating in the right way?
In any given moment, you can tell if the vibration that you are sending is either a positive one or a negative one by identifying the feeling you are experiencing. You’re always feeling something, and it’s your feelings that are causing you to send out a vibration.
When it comes to using the law of attraction to your advantage, there are only two kinds of vibrations; positive or negative.
So if you’re talking about and thinking about what you don’t want, you are sending out and emitting a negative vibration. The Law of Attraction then matches it by giving you more of the same.
How do I reset my vibrations so I can get what I want?
You can reset your vibration from a negative one to a positive one using Intentional Vibration Management – just by simply choosing different words and different thoughts.
Ask yourself, “What do I really want?”
When you’ve figured out what you do want, then you focus your energy and attention on that. Speak only about things you do want. Focus your thoughts on what you DO want. (An easy way to do this is to stop focusing on anything that is outside of your control. If you can’t control the outcome of a situation or affect it in any way, don’t let it occupy too much of your head).
When your focus changes, the vibration changes. You can only hold one vibration at a time.
To put it simply, that’s the key to changing your vibration – to focus your thoughts and feelings toward the good, toward the things you do want, and not what you don’t. To focus only on things over which you have some control, and to let go of the things you can’t affect.
As You Vibrate, So You Are, In Any Given Moment
The Law of Attraction doesn’t keep score of how long you may have been sending out or emitting a vibration – whether positive or negative. It doesn’t judge you for thinking bad thoughts – it just IS.
It feeds on the vibration you are offering right now, in this very moment and matching it with more of the same.
The Law of Attraction always matches vibrations in the current moment (hence the expression, the point of power is in the present.)
